Features
Everything the clinic day runs on
Designed with Indian clinics in mind: rupees, GST rates on receipts, Indian phone numbers, and the conditions you see most.

Book, check in, see who is waiting and who is with the doctor. Day, week and month views.
Consultations
Complaint, vitals with automatic BMI, diagnosis and notes in one screen. Critical values are flagged as you type.
Prescriptions
Write from a medicine list, warned against the patient's recorded allergies, and print on your letterhead.
Lab results and trends
Enter results once and see HbA1c, BP, lipids, kidney and thyroid over the years, with ranges shown.
Billing and receipts
Bills in rupees with optional GST rates, receipts on your letterhead, and a monthly practice report.
Follow-ups and recall
See who is due or overdue, log calls, book the next visit, and find patients who stopped coming.
Condition registries
Diabetes, hypertension and thyroid patients, with who is controlled, borderline or overdue a test. Advanced plan.
Doctor-only notes
Private clinical notes that staff and patients never see.
Your clinic's own page
Your hours, doctors and directions, with a QR code for the desk. Patients ask for an appointment there, without an account.
Security and privacy
A clinic's records stay that clinic's
Kept in India
Records are stored in Microsoft's cloud in India.
Walled off per clinic
Every request is checked on the server: one clinic can never see or change another clinic's records.
The right access for each role
Staff keep the clinic's records but never see a doctor's private notes or write a prescription.
Consent and a record of it
Privacy notices, consent and every change to a record are kept, as India's DPDP Act expects.
Coming later
On the roadmap
Planned, not yet available. We will say when each one is ready.

- Patients updating their own details from a link, without an account
- Reading lab reports automatically, with a doctor confirming every value (add-on)

Questions
You might be wondering
Do my patients need to sign up?
No. Patients don't need an account. They can ask your clinic for an appointment, and you hand them printed prescriptions and receipts.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. NexusClinic works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, and can be added to your phone's home screen like an app.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. A clinic's records can be exported if you leave, and are then deleted as the law allows.
Already a NexusClinic user?
People. Technology. A healthier tomorrow.
